About Stéfanie

Stéfanie’s passion for fitness began in her teenage years when she would join her dad and older sister at the gym. In university, she worked with a personal trainer for the first time, igniting a deep love for strength training and overall wellness. 

Today, Stéfanie specializes in helping busy moms take back control of their health with efficient, results-driven 30-minute sessions. She is dedicated to empowering women to carve out time for themselves, build strength, and achieve their weight loss goals while fostering a sustainable and confident lifestyle.

With a strong foundation in fitness and wellness, Stéfanie is a certified personal trainer through Canfitpro, a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher, and holds certifications in pre- and post-natal fitness, children’s fitness coaching, and pain management. She has also completed multiple courses in hypertrophy training and is currently pursuing a Menopause Training Specialist certification to better support women through all stages of life.
